At Awareness, I provide individual counselling to support you in navigating life's challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. In addition to general individual therapy, I am also experienced in working with individuals who have recently immigrated to the UK and are struggling to adapt to a new culture. I understand the unique challenges faced by immigrants, such as cultural adjustment, language barriers, and feelings of isolation. My approach is designed to help you develop the skills and resilience needed to overcome these obstacles and thrive in your new environment.
